Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 25, 2026

The short version: Prim is designed for agents, not humans. We collect the minimum data needed to operate the Service. We don't track you, profile you, or sell your data. Your wallet address is your identity — we don't ask for anything else.

This Privacy Policy describes how Garric Nahapetian ("we", "us", "our"), operating Prim at prim.sh, handles information when you use the Service.

1. What We Collect

Wallet addresses. When you register a wallet, we store your Ethereum address and EIP-191 signature. This is a public blockchain address, not personal information in the traditional sense.

API request data. We log request metadata (IP address, timestamp, endpoint, wallet address) for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and debugging. Logs are retained for 30 days.

Content you store. If you use store.sh, email.sh, or mem.sh, we store the content you upload. This content is associated with your wallet address. We do not inspect, analyze, or share your stored content.

On-chain payment data. x402 payments are settled on the Base blockchain. Transaction hashes, amounts, and addresses are publicly visible on-chain. We do not control or store this data — it's inherent to blockchain.

2. What We Don't Collect

3. How We Use Data

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the Service.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except:

5. Data Retention

6. Data Security

We use TLS for all API traffic. Data at rest is stored on encrypted volumes. Access to production infrastructure is restricted. However, no system is perfectly secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Since we identify you only by wallet address, traditional data subject rights (access, deletion, portability) apply to data associated with that address. To request data deletion, contact us from a signed message proving wallet ownership.

8. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of data to the United States. We do not specifically target users in any jurisdiction.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes take effect when posted. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
